first of all I like to mention that I am really sorry for you, being emotionally hurt. I understand you do not wish to create much.
Hope you will be fine as soon as possible.
 
I know what it is all about myself too.
But : just by creating music I have come over the hurt myself.
It helped me, and healed me.
You'll  keep scars though, but it will make you stronger at the end. Believe me.
 
Please keep posting and translate your feelings, your hurt, your story into your music.
